Career skills and wellbeing, in your language.
A YouTube podcast series in Burmese covering career development, mental health, workplace rights, and life skills for Myanmar migrant workers in Thailand.
A Way Eain (α‘αα±αΈααΎ) was created because we noticed a gap: Myanmar migrant workers have almost no access to quality career content in their own language. Most podcasts, YouTube channels, and self-help resources are in Thai or English β languages many workers are still learning.
So we built our own. Each episode features honest conversations with workers, HR professionals, and community leaders β covering the topics that actually matter to people building a new life in Thailand.
Practical advice on asking for a raise, understanding Thai salary norms, and knowing your worth.
β± 32 minTalking about stress, homesickness, loneliness, and how to find support without stigma.
β± 28 minLine-by-line breakdown of what your contract means, what's missing, and what to watch out for.
β± 41 min"Nobody was making content for us in our language. A Way Eain changed that."
