  • Is posting a job really free for employers?

    Yes. Posting a standard job listing on Sabai Job is completely free, with no time limits and no hidden fees. We charge for premium placement and featured listings if you want extra visibility, but the core platform is free forever. Most small businesses never pay us a baht.

  • Is Sabai Job really free for workers?

    Yes, completely free. No subscriptions, no application fees, no commission when you get hired. We earn from employers who choose premium tiers, not from you. You will never pay us anything.

  • How are workers and employers verified?

    Every worker submits ID, work history, and language confirmations. Every employer is reviewed for business registration, contact information, and worker reports. Our team manually reviews each profile within 48 hours. We follow up on reports weekly. This is why placement quality is higher than on open job boards.

  • What languages does the app support?

    The app, listings, and in-app chat all work in Thai, Burmese, and English. Pick your preferred language when you sign up. Workers see job descriptions in their language. Employers see CVs in theirs. You can switch any time.

  • What kinds of roles can I post or apply for?

    Sabai Job is built for blue-collar and service roles: hospitality, F&B, construction, factory work, cleaning, logistics, security, agriculture, retail, and 9 more categories. 18 in total. If you need office, executive, or specialized professional hires, we are not the right fit yet.

  • What if something goes wrong with a hire or a job?

    Use the report button inside the app, or message our support team. We review every report within 48 hours. Employers or workers who repeatedly cause problems are removed from the platform. We are realistic that hiring is never 100% predictable, but we work hard to keep the quality high on both sides.

  • Do I need a work permit to apply?

    That depends on the job and your situation. Many roles are open to workers with valid permits and visas. Each listing notes what documents the employer needs. We can not legally help with permit applications, but we can point you to NGOs that do.
