How we got here ## The Sabai Job journey 1. Early 2024 ### An idea born in Bangkok Our founders met workers paying 5,000 baht to brokers for jobs they could have found themselves. We decided that wasn't fair, and we could change it. 2. Mid 2024 ### First 100 workers signed up We launched with a Facebook page and a Google Form. 100 workers joined in two weeks. The need was clear. 3. Late 2024 ### Built the first app version We shipped a Burmese-Thai-English app with basic job listings and direct employer messaging. 4. Early 2025 ### 3,000+ workers, 30+ employers We hit our first real traction milestone. The 22,000-member Facebook community kept growing. 5. Today ### Building the future of fair hiring We're now serving thousands of workers and dozens of employers across Thailand. And we're just getting started.
