1. Definitions

"Sabai Job" refers to the mobile application and platform that connects job seekers with potential employers.
"User" refers to anyone accessing or using Sabai Job, including job seekers and employers.
"Employer" refers to companies, businesses, or individuals posting job listings.
"Job Seeker" refers to individuals looking for job opportunities via Sabai Job.
"Services" refers to the job listing, application, and communication functionalities provided by Sabai Job.
"Account" refers to the registered profile required to access the platform.

2. About Sabai Job

Sabai Job is a job advertising platform that helps job seekers connect with potential employers. We act as a mediator between employees and employers by providing a safe and accessible platform for job listings.

While we strive to verify job postings, we do not act as an employer or recruitment agency, and we do not guarantee that all job posts are completely accurate or safe.

Users should always carefully review job details before applying or accepting an offer.

3. User Responsibilities

To ensure a secure and transparent job-seeking experience, users should:

Independently verify job details, employer legitimacy, and employment conditions.
Ensure that their job applications comply with local labor laws and regulations.
Use the platform responsibly and avoid misrepresentation of information.

While Sabai Job takes steps to screen job postings, we encourage all users to exercise caution before accepting any job offer. Sabai Job does not take responsibility for any issues, disputes, or losses that may happen between job seekers and employers.

4. Job Verification and Disclaimer

Sabai Job conducts reasonable verification of job postings; however, we cannot guarantee that all listings are accurate, complete, or free from fraudulent activities.
Users are encouraged to verify job details independently before engaging with any employer.
Sabai Job is not liable for job scams, contract disputes, or any other employment-related issues.
If you encounter a fraudulent job post, please report it so we can attempt to correct the fault as soon as we can.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect and process user data to enhance platform functionality, improve user experience, and develop new features.
We do not sell, rent, or transfer personal data to third parties, except as required by law.

Sabai Job is not responsible for:

The accuracy of job listings or employer conduct.
Financial transactions or agreements between users and employers.

By using Sabai Job, users acknowledge that job-seeking decisions are made at their own discretion and responsibility.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Sabai Job:

Posting fake, misleading, or illegal job listings.
Using the platform for fraud, harassment, or discrimination.
Collecting user information for unauthorized purposes.
Making any unauthorised commercial use of websites and apps.
Violating any applicable laws or regulations in Thailand.

Violating these rules may result in account suspension or legal action.

8. Term & Termination

8.1. Term of Agreement:

These Terms remain in effect as long as the user continues to use Sabai Job’s services.

8.2. Termination by the User:

Users may stop using the platform at any time by deleting the app or becoming inactive.No further action is required to discontinue use.

8.3. Termination by Sabai Job:

Sabai Job reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts if

A user violates these Terms, misuses the platform, or engages in fraudulent activities.
The platform undergoes changes that require account closure or modifications.
Inactive accounts may be removed or deactivated after a certain period to maintain platform efficiency.

8.4. Effect of Termination:

After termination or inactivity, users will lose access to their account and associated data.
Sabai Job may retain certain user information as required by law or for operational purposes.

9. Changes to Terms

Sabai Job reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. If we make significant changes, we will notify users via the App. Your continued use of the platform after modifications means you accept the updated Terms.

၁။ အဓိပ္ပာယ်ဖွင့်ဆိုချက်များ

"Sabai Job" ဆိုသည်မှာ အလုပ်လိုသူများနှင့် အလုပ်ရှင်များကို ချိတ်ဆက်ပေးသည့် မိုဘိုင်းအက်ပ်လီကေးရှင်းနှင့် ပလပ်ဖောင်းကို ရည်ညွှန်းသည်။

"အသုံးပြုသူ" ဆိုသည်မှာ Sabai Job ကို အသုံးပြုသူ သို့မဟုတ် ဝင်ရောက်အသုံးပြုသူများကို ရည်ညွှန်းပြီး၊ အလုပ်လိုသူများနှင့် အလုပ်ရှင်များ ပါဝင်သည်။

"အလုပ်ရှင်" ဆိုသည်မှာ အလုပ်ကြော်ငြာများတင်သော ကုမ္ပဏီများ၊ လုပ်ငန်းများ သို့မဟုတ် လူပုဂ္ဂိုလ်များကို ရည်ညွှန်းသည်။

"အလုပ်လိုသူ" ဆိုသည်မှာ Sabai Job မှတစ်ဆင့် အလုပ်အခွင့်အလမ်းများ ရှာဖွေသူများကို ရည်ညွှန်းသည်။

"ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများ" ဆိုသည်မှာ Sabai Job မှ ပံ့ပိုးပေးသည့် အလုပ်ကြော်ငြာတင်ခြင်း၊ လျှောက်ထားခြင်းနှင့် ဆက်သွယ်ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သည့် လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်များကို ရည်ညွှန်းသည်။

"အကောင့်" ဆိုသည်မှာ ပလပ်ဖောင်းကို အသုံးပြုရန် လိုအပ်သော မှတ်ပုံတင်ထားသည့် ပရိုဖိုင်ကို ရည်ညွှန်းသည်။

၂။Sabai Job အကြောင်း

Sabai Job သည် အလုပ်ရှာလိုသူများ နှင့် အလုပ်ရှင်များကို ချိတ်ဆက်ပေးသည့် အလုပ်ကြော်ငြာပလက်ဖောင်းတစ်ခုဖြစ်သည်။ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် အလုပ်ရှင်များနှင့် အလုပ်လိုသူများ အကြားတွင် လုံခြုံစိတ်ချရပြီး လက်လှမ်းမီနိုင်သော ပလက်ဖောင်းတစ်ခုကို ပံ့ပိုးပေးသည့် ကြားခံအဖွဲ့အစည်းတစ်ခုအဖြစ် ဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိပါသည်။ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် အလုပ်ခေါ်စာများကို အတည်ပြုစစ်ဆေးသော်လည်း ကျွန်ုပ်တို့အနေဖြင့် အလုပ်ရှင်သို့မဟုတ် လူငှားအဖွဲ့အစည်းအဖြစ် မဆောင်ရွက်ပါ။ ထို့အပြင် အလုပ်ကြော်ငြာများ အားလုံးကို လုံးဝတိကျမှန်ကန်ပြီး စိတ်ချရသည်ဟု အာမခံချက်မပေးနိုင်ပါ။

အသုံးပြုသူများသည် အလုပ်လျှောက်ထားခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် အလုပ်ကမ်းလှမ်းချက်ကို လက်ခံခြင်းမပြုမီ အလုပ်ခေါ်စာပါ အသေးစိတ်အချက်အလက်များကို သေချာစေ့စပ်စွာ ပြန်လည်သုံးသပ်သင့်ပါသည်။

၃။ အသုံးပြုသူ၏ တာဝန်များ

လုံခြုံစိတ်ချရသော အလုပ်ရှာဖွေမှုဖြစ်စေရန် အသုံးပြုသူများအနေဖြင့် အောက်ပါအချက်များကို လုပ်ဆောင်ရပါမည်။

✅ အလုပ်ခေါ်စာပါ အသေးစိတ်အချက်အလက်များ၊ အလုပ်ရှင်၏ တရားဝင်မှုနှင့် အလုပ်ခန့်ထားမှု အခြေအနေများအား သေချာ အောင်စစ်ဆေးပါ။

✅ အလုပ်ခေါ်စာသည် ဒေသန္တရ အလုပ်သမားဥပဒေများ၊ စည်းမျဥ်းစည်းကမ်းများနှင့် ကိုက်ညီမှု ရှိမရှိ သေချာအောင် စစ်ဆေးပါ။

✅ ဤပလက်ဖောင်းကို တာဝန်ခံအသုံးပြုပြီး အချက်အလက်များကို မှားယွင်းဖော်ပြခြင်းမှ ရှောင်ကြဉ်ပါ။

Sabai Job သည် အလုပ်ခေါ်စာများကို အဆင့်ဆင့် စစ်ဆေးသော်လည်း၊ အသုံးပြုသူများ အားလုံးအနေဖြင့်လည်း မည်သည့်အလုပ်ကမ်းလှမ်းချက်ကိုမဆို လက်ခံခြင်းမပြုမီ သတိထား၍ ထပ်မံစစ်ဆေးရန် တိုက်တွန်းအပ်ပါသည်။ Sabai Job သည် အလုပ်လိုသူများ နှင့် အလုပ်ရှင်များအကြား ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာနိုင်သည့် ပြဿနာများ၊ အငြင်းပွားမှုများ သို့မဟုတ် ဆုံးရှုံးနစ်နာမှုများအတွက် တာဝန်မယူပါ။

၄။ အလုပ်ကြော်ငြာစစ်ဆေးခြင်းနှင့် ရှင်းလင်းချက်

Sabai Job သည် အလုပ်ကြော်ငြာများကို သင့်တော်သော စစ်ဆေးမှုများ ပြုလုပ်သော်လည်း၊ ကြော်ငြာများအားလုံးသည် တိကျမှန်ကန်ပြီး လုံးဝပြည့်စုံကာ လိမ်လည်မှုများမှ ကင်းရှင်းကြောင်း အာမခံချက်မပေးနိုင်ပါ။
အသုံးပြုသူများအနေဖြင့် မည်သည့်အလုပ်ရှင်နှင့်မဆို စတင်ဆက်သွယ်မှုမပြုမီ အလုပ်ခေါ်စာ အသေးစိတ်ကို ထပ်မံ၍ သီးခြားစစ်ဆေးရန် တိုက်တွန်းအပ်ပါသည်။
Sabai Job သည် အလုပ်လိမ်လည်မှုများ၊ စာချုပ်ဆိုင်ရာ အငြင်းပွားမှုများ သို့မဟုတ် အလုပ်အကိုင်ဆိုင်ရာ ပြဿနာများအတွက် တာဝန်မယူပါ။
အကယ်၍ သင်သည် လိမ်လည်ဖျားယောင်းသည့် အလုပ်ခေါ်စာကို တွေ့ရှိပြီဆိုပါက၊ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ထံ ကျေးဇူးပြု၍ သတင်းပို့ပေးပါ။ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ဘက်မှ မြန်မြန်ဆန်ဆန် အရေးယူနိုင်ရန် ကြိုးစားပါမည်။

၅။ အချက်အလက်စုဆောင်းခြင်းနှင့် ကိုယ်ရေးကိုယ်တာလုံခြုံမှု

ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် ပလက်ဖောင်း၏ လုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်စွမ်းကို မြှင့်တင်ရန်၊ အသုံးပြုသူ၏ အတွေ့အကြုံကို မြှင့်တင်ရန်နှင့် လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်အသစ်များ ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်စေရန် အသုံးပြုသူ၏ အချက်အလက်များကို စုဆောင်း၍ ပြင်ဆင်မွမ်းမံမှုများ ပြုလုပ်ပါသည်။

ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် ကိုယ်ရေးကိုယ်တာအချက်အလက်များကို တတိယပါတီများထံ ရောင်းချခြင်း၊ ငှားရမ်းခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် လွှဲပြောင်းခြင်းမပြုပါ။ ဥပဒေအရ လိုအပ်သည့်အခါမှသာ ထိုသို့ပြုလုပ်ပါမည်။

၆။ တာဝန်ယူမှုကန့်သတ်ချက်

Sabai Job သည် အောက်ပါတို့အတွက် တာဝန်မယူပါ။

အလုပ်လျှောက်ထားမှု သို့မဟုတ် အလုပ်အကိုင်ဆိုင်ရာ အငြင်းပွားမှုများ၊ ဆုံးရှုံးမှုများ သို့မဟုတ် ပျက်စီးမှုများ။
အလုပ်ကြော်ငြာများ၏ တိကျမှန်ကန်မှု သို့မဟုတ် အလုပ်ရှင်၏ လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်များ။
အသုံးပြုသူနှင့် အလုပ်ရှင်ကြား ငွေကြေးဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များ သို့မဟုတ် သဘောတူညီချက်များ။

Sabai Job ကို အသုံးပြုခြင်းဖြင့်၊ အသုံးပြုသူများသည် အလုပ်ရှာဖွေမှု ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်များကို မိမိတို့၏ ဆန္ဒအလျောက် ပြုလုပ်ပြီး တာဝန်ယူမှုဖြင့် ဆောင်ရွက်ကြောင်း အသိအမှတ်ပြုပါသည်။

၇။ တားမြစ်ထားသော လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်များ

Sabai Job တွင် အောက်ပါလုပ်ဆောင်ချက်များကို တင်းကြပ်စွာ တားမြစ်ထားပါသည်။

မှားယွင်းသော၊ လှည့်ဖြားသော သို့မဟုတ် တရားမဝင်သော အလုပ်ကြော်ငြာများ တင်ခြင်း။
လိမ်လည်မှု၊ နှောင့်ယှက်မှု သို့မဟုတ် ခွဲခြားဆက်ဆံမှုအတွက် ပလက်ဖောင်းကို အသုံးပြုခြင်း။
ခွင့်ပြုချက်မရှိဘဲ အသုံးပြုသူအချက်အလက်များကို စုဆောင်းခြင်း။
ဝဘ်ဆိုဒ်နှင့် အက်ပ်ကို ခွင့်ပြုချက်မရှိဘဲ စီးပွားဖြစ်အသုံးပြုခြင်း။
ထိုင်းနိုင်ငံ၏ မည်သည့်ဥပဒေနှင့်မဆို ချိုးဖောက်ခြင်း။

ဤစည်းမျဉ်းများကို ချိုးဖောက်ပါက အကောင့်ပိတ်ခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် ဥပဒေအရ အရေးယူခြင်းများ ခံရနိုင်ပါသည်။

၈။ သဘောတူညီချက်သက်တမ်းနှင့် အက်ပ်အသုံးပြုမှုရပ်တန့်ခြင်း

ဤစည်းမျဉ်းများသည် အသုံးပြုသူက Sabai Job ၏ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများကို အသုံးပြုနေသရွေ့ အာဏာသက်ရောက်ပါသည်။

အသုံးပြုသူမှ အက်ပ်သုံးစွဲမှုရပ်တန့်ခြင်း

အသုံးပြုသူများသည် အက်ပ်ကို ဖျက်ရန် သို့မဟုတ် အသုံးမပြုဘဲ နေခြင်းဖြင့် မည်သည့်အချိန်တွင်မဆို ပလက်ဖောင်းကို အသုံးပြုခြင်းကို ရပ်တန့်နိုင်ပါသည်။

အကယ်၍ အသုံးပြုသူသည် Sabai Job ကို အသုံးမပြုလိုတော့ပါက၊ နောက်ထပ်လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်မလိုဘဲ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများကို ရပ်တန့်နိုင်ပါသည်။

Sabai Job မှ သုံးစွဲမှု ရပ်တန့်ခြင်းအခွင့်အာဏာ

Sabai Job သည် အသုံးပြုသူအကောင့်များကို ရပ်ဆိုင်းရန် သို့မဟုတ် ပြီးဆုံးရန် အခွင့်အရေးရှိပါသည်၊ အကယ်၍-

အသုံးပြုသူက ဤစည်းမျဉ်းများကို ချိုးဖောက်ခြင်း၊ ပလက်ဖောင်းကို အလွဲသုံးစားပြုခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် လိမ်လည်မှုများတွင် ပါဝင်ခြင်း။

ပလက်ဖောင်းတွင် ပြောင်းလဲမှုများကြောင့် အကောင့်ပိတ်ခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် ပြင်ဆင်ခြင်းများ လိုအပ်ခြင်း။

ပလက်ဖောင်း၏ ထိရောက်မှုကို ထိန်းသိမ်းရန်အတွက် သတ်မှတ်ထားသော ကာလအတွင်း အသုံးမပြုသော အကောင့်များကို ဖယ်ရှားခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် ပိတ်ခြင်း။

သုံးစွဲမှုရပ်တန့်ခြင်း၏ သက်ရောက်မှု-

Sabai Job သည် ဤစည်းမျဉ်းများကို မည်သည့်အချိန်တွင်မဆို အပ်ဒိတ်လုပ်ရန် သို့မဟုတ် ပြင်ဆင်ရန် အခွင့်အရေးရှိပါသည်။ အကယ်၍ သိသာထင်ရှားသော ပြောင်းလဲမှုများ ပြုလုပ်ပါက၊ အက်ပ်မှတစ်ဆင့် အသုံးပြုသူများကို အသိပေးပါမည်။ ပြင်ဆင်မှုများပြုလုပ်ပြီးနောက် ပလက်ဖောင်းကို ဆက်လက်အသုံးပြုခြင်းဖြင့် သငသည် မွမ်းမံထားသော စည်းမျဉ်းများကို လက်ခံပါသည်။
