Where it came from

More than a project. A place to belong.

For many Myanmar migrant workers in Thailand, the challenge is not only finding work. It is building a life far from home.

Without family nearby and with limited opportunities to connect, many workers navigate questions, challenges, and important decisions on their own. Sometimes, what people need most is not information — but a community they can trust.

This belief inspired the creation of Lat Twal Community Circle — born as a continuous journey from the Lat Twal Program, extending its mission of learning, connection, and empowerment into an ongoing community space.

“Even when home is far away, community can help people feel at home.”

Beyond learning

The true value lives in the connections

The sessions are valuable. But the true value of the Circle goes beyond learning sessions.

It lives in the friendships formed, the advice shared, and the reassurance that no one has to face challenges alone.

At its heart, Lat Twal Community Circle is built on a simple belief: when people feel connected, supported, and empowered, they are better equipped to build brighter futures.

When people feel connected, supported, and empowered, they are better equipped to build brighter futures.
